Our Commitment to Safety
The health and safety of every camper is our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all participants. Our staff is trained in first aid and emergency procedures to ensure your child is well cared for at all times.
Staff Training & Qualifications
- All coaches and staff are background checked
- Staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR
- Coaches hold relevant soccer coaching certifications
- Staff-to-camper ratios are maintained to ensure proper supervision
Illness Policy
To protect all campers and staff, we ask that you keep your child home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher
- Vomiting or diarrhea
- Persistent cough or difficulty breathing
- Any contagious illness or infection
Campers who become ill during camp will be separated from the group and parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate pickup.
If your child has been ill, they must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to camp.
Hydration & Heat Safety
Summer camps involve outdoor physical activity, and we take heat-related safety seriously:
- Regular water breaks are scheduled throughout each session
- Shaded rest areas are available for campers
- Activities are modified or moved indoors during extreme heat
- Campers are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle and wear sunscreen
Injury Prevention & Response
- First aid kits are available on-site at all times
- Minor injuries are treated on-site by trained staff
- Parents/guardians are notified of any injuries that occur during camp
- In the event of a serious injury, emergency services will be called immediately and parents will be contacted
Medical Information
Please ensure that all medical conditions, allergies, and medications are listed on the registration form. If your child requires an EpiPen, inhaler, or any other medication during camp, please inform our staff and provide the necessary items with clear instructions.
Emergency Procedures
Our staff follows established emergency procedures for various scenarios including severe weather, medical emergencies, and facility evacuations. Emergency contact information provided at registration will be used to reach parents/guardians if needed.
