Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Schedule

We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is based on how far in advance you cancel:

Cancellation Timeframe	Refund Amount
14 or more days before camp starts	Full refund
3 to 13 days before camp starts	50% refund
Less than 48 hours before camp starts	No refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at neil@anytimecamps.com with your camper's name and the session you are cancelling. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Camp Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a camp session (due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.

Illness or Injury

If your child is unable to attend camp due to illness or injury, we may offer a credit toward a future camp session with appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor's note). Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
